Ah summer! No more homework. I can go to work, come home, and not worry about due dates. Thank groodness. There's
plenty to be done, of course, but I'm on my own timetable. Unfortunately, Michelle's fleeing the country for a study abroad thing, nor will I see her much during the week once she gets back, due to wedding planning. So, to pass the time, get in shape, and see Cache valley, I bought a new bike. Not like that
old one, no sir. This one is meant for roads, has brakes, gearshifters that work, and is fairly light, being made of aluminium. I found it on
KSL classifieds. Turns out, more people use that around here than
Craigslist. I had no idea. It's a nice bike, I like it. A lot easier to ride, that's for sure.

With my newfound freedom of time (even now, Michelle's in class), I've been riding around, like I did last summer. This year, however, I can keep track of my explorations with
my phone. So far, I've gone over 35 miles since Monday, reaching top speed of 38 mph. If you visit my
Google maps page, you can see my progress. Anyway, that's what I'll be up to this summer.
Side note on Google, they've announced
Google TV, a service for televisions to connect to the internet.
Sony and
Logitech are on board to make internet TVs powered with Android and/or Chrome so you can watch YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, etc on your TV directly.
